First cab I get into in Chicago and what do I see? But of course an OCM sticker staring back at me
“STATE OF CHAOS” This headline, appearing on the front page of the Wisconsin State Journal, sums it up pretty well. The Out Cold Marketing team has wound up among the massive protests happening at the state capital in Madison, WI. So here’s the quick run down—Out Cold Marketing is in Madison to execute an event we planned for Jeep during the Madison Winter Festival on the capitol steps. The plan was to build a 2.5 story snowboard park out of scaffolding right in the middle of downtown. We found out yesterday that due to the protests, the festival is now canceled and the Mayor has suspended any special event permits on public property. While learning this news on the drive up to Madison yesterday, we took “the show must go on” attitude, and in three hours we partnered with the University of Wisconsin to move and build the entire event at their student union. Meanwhile, 40,000 people are out on the capital street protesting making for awesome sites and definitely an eye-opening experience. We feel very lucky to be able to observe this piece of American history, and grateful that the University of Wisconsin opened its doors to us under an EXTREME (get the snowboard reference) timeline. So we’re headed to the campus now to begin the build of the snowboard park. This show will go on. Stay tuned for pics coming very soon!!
Out Cold Marketing is super pumped to announce it’s newest client Wake Nation. Wake Nation has cable wakeboard parks in Cincinnati and Houston with plans to expand to more in the near future. Out Cold Marketing is pleased to announce the newest event with jeep, Devil’s Head Resort and The Kor Riders Alliance at Midwest Snowfest! Jeep and Out Cold Marketing will be the first to bring vehicles in the snow on the Mountain at Devil’s Head Resort. The event is March 3th-5th and OCM will have Jeep at all the competition events as well as the after parties. We will be doing raffle prizes each day as well as one grand prize winner from the weekend. Prizes to be reveled soon!
The Out Cold Marketing team is gearing up for the Jeep Downtown Throwdown Feb. 18-20 downtown Madison. Out Cold Marketing will be building a 2.5 story snowboard and ski park from the ground up with scaffolding and snow. This will be one of many events like this coming from Out Cold Marketing so be ready!

Well the very limited addition OCM flex fit hats just hit the office and all we are waiting on now are the t-shirts. The hats are awesome and look great Now who do you think we should be giving these 29 hats to?
